ReplyDeleteChris and I have been following your blogs and are truly impressed by the kind and amount of work that you have been doing. It's so great to hear how much is being accomplished in such a short period of time. It always reminds me that one person can really make a difference. I guess I'm not surprised that what has impacted all of you the most so far are the people, especially the children.
We've been having some crazy weather here so far this week - lots of really powerful thunderstorms with hail and tornadoes - sparing Boulder, so far. Looks like it's going to get calmer beginning today.
I wish you could bring back some of that chinola and those mangoes that everyone is raving about. the coffee sounds fabulous as well.
We've been praying for the DR group and we'll remember you tonight in evening prayer.

Thanks, Leanne & Chris...we too would love to bring back the chinola and mangos, but I think this means you two will have to join us on our next trip! Chris - there is no end to the work you could do here, and Leanne, we painted a library and the Librarian is only 18 but had some real opinions as to how the library was to work...I thought of you and Linda Vosburgh at the CU Library.
